What you'll learn

In this series of ZBrush tutorials, we'll be focusing on a practical approach for sculpting in ZBrush with the objective of printing your model. 3D printing has become a big industry and artists that understand the needs of the current machines are in demand. We'll create our own simple miniature figurines for this purpose and go through all of the steps that you need to be aware of for your model to print successfully. By the end of this ZBrush training you should be more than able to print for basically any project that comes your way. Software required: ZBrush 4r6, KeyShot 5.

About the author

Lee Magalhães graduated from the Istituto Europeu di Design (IED) in São Paulo with a bachelor’s degree in Digital & Virtual Design. He is currently a freelance 3D artist and has worked on a variety of projects in the industry, from basemesh models for Mudbox releases to high quality models for movies and games. He focuses on character art, anatomy, and digital sculpting.
